Gary's Chili featuring Dos Arroyos Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds of ground venison or beef
  • 3 packages of McCormick original chili mix (2 regular and 1 hot) 
  • A jar and a half of Dos Arroyos Salsa
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ground mustard
  • 1 and half quarts of water

 

Instructions:

First, brown the meat, then add both the seasonings, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, and the chopped onion. Once mixed, add about 1 and a half quarts of water. Once it reaches a boil, simmer until the liquid is reduced to the right consistency. Enjoy!
